Lost or undelivered items
If a item does not arrive at its destination on time, the customer must inform the company so that it can file a claim with the Post Office. The Customer may also be asked to file a claim.
Once this claim has been filed, the Post Office has approximately 2 to 3 weeks in which to provide feedback following the results of its investigation. If the Post Office has not provided feedback within this period, a new order will be dispatched to the Customer. If the Post Office produces a proof of delivery, this will be deemed authentic and the order will not be reshipped.

Damage and problems
Customers should inspect their order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if they receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and take remedial action.

Items not collected from the post office within the time limit:
The customer will receive a notice stating the date and address of the post office where the item will be collected, upon presentation of proof of identity. From the date indicated on the notice, the customer has 3, 10 or 15 days to collect the item from the post office. After this period, the item will be returned to us by post. The customer will be charged a fee to cover the cost of returning the item, so that we can resend the item. -
Incorrect delivery address:
the post office will be unable to deliver and the item will be returned to us and the customer notified by e-mail. After confirmation of the right address, the item will be reshipped at the customer's cost.
We decline all responsibility in the event of longer delivery times due to the transporter; therefore, the customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement or compensation in this respect.
2- Returns
"All returns must be sent to Healthyhair and must be approved in advance.
The customer has a period of 15 (Fifteen) days for any return, which means that the customer has 15 days after receipt of the item to request a refund/exchange.
To obtain a refund or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with all labels attached, and in its original packaging. The customer must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return a item, the customer must contact us at lg.healthyhair5@gmail.com If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted and no refund or exchange will be made. Unfortunately we do not accept the return of opened products, sale items or gift cards.
3- Refunds/Exchanges
We will notify the customer of our approval or not of a refund or exchange after receipt and inspection of the returned item. If the refund is approved, the customer will automatically be refunded the original amount of the order. The customer must take into account the timing of administrative processing and especially of banks or credit card companies for the effective receipt of the refund.
